PROFILE

I am a seasoned corporate event/logistics expert, skilled in the planning and execution of corporate
events such as conferences, training, workshops, meetings, etc. I have properly honed my skill set
through several years of practical experience in managing operations and logistics. I have over 8 years’
experience in business management across reputable establishments and organizations, Over 5 years’
operational management experience, 6 years’ experience in managing local and international logistics
for teams, organizations and conferences with hundreds of participants from across the globe. I have 3
Years’+ experience in fund management, stakeholder engagement and marketing.

Co-Founder/CEO December 2017 – Present

Tukio Konsults is a company established to meet the growing demand for innovative corporate events
(such as workshops, conferences, training, meetings, exhibitions, etc.) with excellent travel logistics and
professional public relations across Africa.

As a Co-Founder/CEO of Tukio Konsults, I am in charge of leading the business development, sourcing
for, and liaising with clients, as well as leading the team to successfully plan and implement projects for
clients. Some of my highlights on this role include:
Planning and execution of the Innovation Support Network (ISN) Annual Gathering 2019 in Lagos,
Nigeria, which brought together member hubs of the ISN network and key stakeholders of the
Nigerian tech innovation ecosystem to network, share knowledge, collaborate and discuss the way
forward of the Nigerian innovation ecosystem.
Planning and coordination of the logistics for the AfriLabs Annual Gathering 2019 which was held
at the African Union Commission Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Gathering convened
multiple stakeholders and players of the African Innovation ecosystem and had in attendance over
350 participants from across the globe. Tukio Konsults was contracted as the official logistics vendor
for the Gathering and I led the logistics team for the event.

I also planned and coordinated Ecosystem Tours on the third day of the AfriLabs Annual Gatherings.
During the Ecosystem Tour at the Gathering in 2019, participants were taken on a tour of the tech
ecosystem in the city of Addis Ababa, visiting tech hubs, creative spaces, and other enterprise
support organizations (ESOs), as well as visits to cultural tourism sites in the city of Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia.

Business Engagement and Logistics Lead
I also double as the Business Engagement and Logistics Lead of Tukio Konsults, where I lead Tukio
Konsults’ business development, engage with clients, partners and I handle the logistics arm of the firm.
My highlights in this regard include:
Successfully sealing partnerships with various organizations within the tech ecosystem .
Lead the Tukio Konsults team which designed, planned and executed the entrepreneurship
training and empowerment of women and youth in Ten (10) states in Nigeria.
Constantly ensuring Tukio Konsults is strategically positioned so as to ensure the organization is
always in business.

I consult for AfriLabs, providing professional travel logistics service to AfriLabs team members and its

Operations and Logistics Manager September 2016 – December 2018

My responsibilities at AfriLabs amongst others were:
➔ Coordinating the overall administration and managing the operations of the AfriLabs Secretariat
➔ Reviewing, developing and implementing operational procedures
➔ Supporting the project team in preparation of budget for projects
➔ Prepare internal budget, schedule and manage petty cash
➔ Work closely with AfriLabs’ financial institution, auditors and accountants in preparing financials

coordinated the general operations and logistics of the Gathering viz:

◆ The AfriLabs Annual Gathering 2017 which held in Cairo, Egypt;
◆ The AfriLabs Annual Gathering 2018 which was held in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
